Polkamon fans – it’s time to rejoice! Polkamon collectible NFTs will officially be available on the Elrond Network in Q3 of 2021.
Polkamon is partnering up with Elrond for many reasons, one of the biggest being to resolve the issue of high gas fees. By integrating into the Elrond blockchain, users will pay lower gas fees, take advantage of Elrond’s high speed transfers, and excellent UX when opening Boosters and minting NFTs.
“Non-Fungible Tokens have incalculable long-term potential in any vertical where authenticity, transferability, and liquidity are important. The combination between Elrond’s NFT implementation and Polkamon collectibles is an excellent mix for creative experimentation.” said Beniamin Mincu, Elrond CEO.
To celebrate this special occasion, Polkamon is launching a limited edition Elrond Uniragon. Players only have a 1 in 5000 chance of discovering this ultra-rare Polkamon, so who will the lucky person be? In addition to this, there will also be 10 horn variations with specific rarities available, and a 1% chance of receiving a glitter version. The Elrond Unidragon will be available for one week from time of publication.
