Gaming eco-system Vulcan Forged has announced a new set of NFTs featuring the works of fantasy legend Frank Frazetta. Partnering with digital art platform Artefy, Vulcan has acquired the intellectual property rights to some of Frank’s finest work.
As a result, Vulcan have minted four exclusive 1/1 Vulcanite edition NFTs for use within the Vulcan universe. Furthermore, the 3D playable NFT characters can be used for in-game activities such as fighting, defending, and spying.
A raffle will determine the winners of the four exclusive NFTs, with the raffle will take place live on the Vulcan Forged YouTube Channel. Tickets are purchasable with $PYR, the native token of Vulcan Forged, and will go on sale at 4PM GMT, June 20th.
Considered one of the greatest fantasy artists of all time, Frank is best known for his depictions of marauding beef-cake, “Conan the Barbarian”. Additionally, In 2019, one of the works in the collection “Egyptian Queen” sold for a record $5.4 Million. As such, Vulcan Forged are expecting great things from this collaboration, and rightly so.
Through the deal with Artefy, Vulcan Forged have acquired the IP rights for further celebrated fantasy artists, including: Sanjulian, Ciruelo Cabral and, Juan Gimenez. Between them, they have produced artworks for Heavy Metal, Magic the Gathering and, the George Lucas’ Bantom trilogy.
