Following a successful Premier League campaign, Manchester City are celebrating their victory with an NFT drop, and probably champagne. The “1” collection, named after their league table position, consists of four NFTs by critically acclaimed, multi-platform artist, Jon Noorlander.
The NFTs include additional perks, such as tickets to Manchester City games and the opportunity to train with the players. Furthermore, a free prize draw will take place with the chance of winning an edition of the NFT artwork “The Champions Medal”. Proceeds will be used to help the Manchester community. On the other side of Europe, Ukrainian champions Dynamo Kiev have announced they are to offer NFT tickets for the up-coming season. Holders of the NFTs can collect a real ticket and will also be eligible for additional bonuses and experiences.
Dynamo Kiev’s NFT offering works in conjunction with American blockchain partner Moonwalk. Participating in the “100 Creators Campaign”, tickets will be available exclusively on the Binance Marketplace. The team’s ultimate goal is to sell 25% of match tickets as NFTs.
In addition to the ticket offering, Dynamo will also continue to sell NFT collectibles utilising the same infrastructure. NFT tickets are available for purchase from the end of June.
