Elephant Art Online Drops First Uniquely Commissioned NFT

There are times when you think that you may have already seen it all. Then, out of the blue, an elephant shows up on the blockchain with a surprisingly passable painting of a tree.

As you may have already understood, Tunwa is no ordinary NFT artist, he is a 4 metric ton Asian elephant. Moreover, he is the star artist at Elephant Art Online, which is apparently a thing. And now, through their newly formed NFT branch of operations, Bittrunks, you too have the opportunity to own that artwork you never knew you wanted. Furthermore, it’s not like the random splodges those apes turned out either, this is a fully discernible painting of a tree. Leaves and everything. There are humans on the blockchain less talented than this magnificent beast.

This very first NFT outing for Elephant Art Online, will arrive via auction on OpenSea. Starting at 9:30 AM EDT on October 28, and running through until midday EDT on November 4. Furthermore, the winning bidder will also receive the physical painting, plus a whole host of bonus content. Including, videos and photos chronicling the production of the artwork and outtakes of Tunwa frolicking in his jungle habitat.

Tunwa himself is also set to benefit, with an undisclosed portion of proceeds side-lined to support the elephant park where Tunwa resides, the highly-rated Maetang Elephant Park in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
